Dr. Hasan Crockett, Interim Department Chair of Social Sciences and Associate Professor of Political Science, is a presenter at the National Human and Civil Rights Summit, also known as The Griffin Gathering, on Saturday, April 13, starting at 8 a.m.

The Griffin Gathering will be a one-day training reminiscent of the Freedom Schools of the 1960s. Attendees will come together to share strategies for organizing and engage in purposeful organizing.
