Dr. Joyce Russell presented a paper at the Convention of the College Language Association in Atlanta, Georgia, April 4-6, 2023. Her topic was “Nickel Boys Ain’t Worth 5 Cents: An Examination of Colson Whitehead’s NICKEL BOYS in the Context of the African Topos of Time.”
