SAU Names New Assistant Dean of Academic Success and Accessible Education/Director of Academic Advising
Saint Augustine’s University has named Tiffany Tuma, the new Assistant Dean of Academic Success and Accessible Education/Director of Academic Advising.
In this role, Mrs. Tuma will provide leadership for Academic Advising, Disability Services, and the First and Second Year Experience courses. She will also be responsible for ADA compliance for the University, ensure appropriate accommodations, and coordinate all aspects of the tutoring program.
She has been in Higher Education for almost 10 years serving in various roles within Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, and Title IX.
Mrs. Tuma graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. She continued her studies at Auburn University with a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, she is pursuing an Executive PhD in Urban Higher Education from Jackson State University.
